U.K. house kings Gorgon City have just unveiled their new single “Saving My Life,” which features Middlesex singer-songwriter ROMANS. It’s a pulsing soulful number much in line with their debut album, last fall’s Sirens, but it definitely goes deeper and harder than a lot of that LP’s cuts. ROMANS — born Sam Roman — more than adeptly carries the song’s vocals through emotional terrain as his howling is subjected to wild vocoded warps.
